Pioneer Overview
From the outset, Rendezvous’ quality of community design has attracted buyers in higher price ranges who were willing to pay more for size, luxury and location. The next frontier at Rendezvous is represented in the newly opened ElkHorn Collection of townhomes, designed to reach a price point below any other offerings within the 1,100-acre expanse. In designing the ‘Pioneer’ and other plans in the collection, Colonnade Resort Communities set out to deliver not just the Rendezvous setting, but also many of the tangible features that buyers have loved in the more expensive collections, together with exceptional capability to gather family and friends in an outstanding location.
The Pioneer model’s entertaining and dining areas are bright, open and inviting, particularly in the end units (two of every three homes) where light arrives from three sides.
