We partner with outside specialized vendors to guide you through low volt, electrical and light fixture selections. You’ll finish the option selection process at our Design Center where you’ll spend time in an expansive showroom and work one-on-one with a design specialist to choose your flooring, countertops, and wall tiles.

As construction progresses on your new mountain home, our team will keep you updated along the way at regular intervals.
As move-in day gets closer, our team will schedule a New Homeowner Orientation walk-through prior to closing on your home. Even after you’re settled, our Customer Care team and home warranties provide peace of mind.
Not all of us spend our days thinking about cabinet styles and countertop materials which can mean that choosing and customizing the finishes of your house can sometimes feel daunting. Here’s a handy list explaining some of the terms and phrases you might come across. You’ll feel like an expert in no time.
Showroom —
The space we use to display examples of the range of finishes you can choose from.
Outside Vendor —
A company we partner with due to their high level of expertise and quality.
Floor Plan —
A to-scale diagram of the rooms in a building.
Plumbing Fixtures —
The parts of the plumbing system that do not actively carry water from one place to another (faucets, sinks, toilets, and bathroom accessories such as towel holders).
Electrical Fixtures —
Electrical components used for decorative and functional purposes (pendants, chandeliers, sconces, etc.)
Low Volt —
Electrical equipment using less than 50V, such as smart home systems, sound systems, security systems and Cat6 data wiring (TV outlets, phone outlets, USB ports).
HVAC —
Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning. This is the equipment that manages your home temperature.
Stain —
Much like paint, stain can color a wooden surface. The difference is that paint sits on top of the surface while stain seeps into the material.
Window Covering —
Blinds or shades for privacy and light control (we even offer remote-controlled coverings).
